Welcome back to another exciting chapter of A Swift Drift! Let’s skip the small talk and get down to it! Here we have Aaron and Siobhan cloud gazing. This is something I completely forgot we could to in this challenge. I keep getting the rules for this challenge mixed up the the rules in my Apocalypse challenge which is making things harder for me in the challenge because I keep forgetting! haha
And here we have a bedroom! Whoot! And some resemblance of a kitchen! We’re making headway! I do sorta have an idea for the layout of the house now I just have to put it into action
Awe, Aaron! Poor guy is sick. He looks totally miserable.
But not for long! Grilled cheese to the rescue! All hail the magical grilled cheese, the cure of all sim disease!
Siobhan and Aaron have officially hit the BFF stage of their relationship! So now we’re working on the romance. Look at them make sexy eyes at each other! ❤
We had a couple days off work, so we went collecting and did some fishing to help supplement our income the those days. Can’t go a day without earning those simoleons!
Real romantic date… Grilled cheese on the air mattress. This is the stuff Disney movies are made out of! Look at him and his sexy eyes. Keep it PG over there, Aaron.
This bathroom is a disaster zone. While trying to fix the toilet, Aaron pee’d himself, which of course meant that he needed to shower before he could even think about doing anything else.
And even after he took a shower, he kept passing out on me. It was a little weird that he went all the way to the back of the house to pass out…like there’s this whole open area just outside the bathroom door, why did he walk alllll the way around just to pass out? #simlogic
But we steadily make progress cleaning the bathroom. Also, that toilet was so dirty that I had to select “clean” FIVE times before it was completely clean. And that’s even without him passing out all the time.
So since I’m making some headway on the house and Aaron’s young adult life bar is getting kind of full, I decided it was time to streamline this romance deal.
“Hmm. This looks to be about 1.5 carats. Princess cut, gold band. It’ll do. YES!”
And of course we eloped immediately afterwards. We’ve got no time to waste! haha
This is a very romantic first woohoo. Drywall, concrete floors, an air mattress, and dirty plates. This is going to be a pleasant memory to look back on.
Hmm. Neither of them look to happy about the addition of a little nooboo, do they? Well the line must continue, so deal with it!
Family chores! You know what they say, a family that cleans together, stays together! Okay, that’s not what they actually say, but it’s close enough. (don’t get used to it, this doesn’t happen again)
Besides the cleaning, they are totally cute together. They always are showing each other affection. And I don’t even MAKE them do it! They do it all on their own!
Aaron went to work, and Siobhan started cooking. I IMMEDIATELY freaked out. What if there was a fire!? What if all my stuff was toast!? What if Siobhan DIED!? This was not good! I need to start saving money for sprinklers so that if she starts a fire while Aaron’s at work, there’s some sort of protection.
Look! More house! We now have three complete rooms! The only room left to add is the second bedroom, once that’s done we can work on upgrading to better items to increase the value.
Awe! Aaron is serenading her! (not really. It’s just the angle of the shot.) But still! #relationshipgoals
So I’ve noticed that Siobhan is always on her phone. Like always. And usually in the bathroom…it’s actually kind of annoying. Is this a symptom of the ambitious trait maybe? Anyone know?
Look at him so happy about his new promotion. Promotion = bonus money. Bonus money =
SPRINKLERS! Now I can breathe easier while he’s at work and Siobhan is home alone.
Baby prep! Siobhan has entered the 3rd trimester, so I figured it was high time to get a crib. So now we’re ready! So anytime you wanna have the baby, Siobhan…we’re good
Yup. Completely forgot that you need an outdoor trash can in order to empty the indoor garbage can. Whoops. Don’t worry guys, I bought one right after Siobhan got home from work. So we don’t have trash just collecting in the house any more.
And now Aaron needs the comedy skill for his next promotion, so we went around town making the the neighbors laugh. Good times.
See above explanation on how we could afford the garbage can. (I need to tone down the pictures man. There are so many. haha)
And here we have a wild Siobhan in her native habitat. I should expand and add a bed. Then she could literally live in the bathroom. (ignore the broken toilet. It’s always broken)
I bought a new sink for the kitchen in the hopes that maybe she’ll stop standing in the bathroom all the time. Spoiler alert: it didn’t work.
And then she left work early and I got pissed because I wanted her money (i know, there are more important things. But I do need it!) And then we realized she was in labor! You are forgiven! And so we leave you at the end of this chapter with the anticipation of Baby Swift! Join us next time for the gender reveal, more bathroom living, and maybe some birthdays! Kbye!
hahaha This chapter was priceless! I loved every word of it. The pictures were awesome. Keep them coming! I can’t wait to see what the nooboo will be.

I am absolutely loving your story!! And no, not too many pictures at all!! I think it’s a female sim thing (the phone). Lots of us have had girls that won’t stay off the phone lol. The house is coming along nicely 🙂 I’m so looking forward to what the nooboo looks like!!

I don’t think I’ve seen a sim on the phone nearly as much as I have Siobhan. It just took me by surprise that she’s always on it! lol and I’m glad that it’s not too many pictures. Right now I’m averaging about 30 pics per post

lol, I don’t think so. It was just a coincidence that I noticed he wasn’t sick anymore while he was holding grilled cheese. That would be cool though if it did! lol

This so funny, I’m re-reading to catch up, and I was totally going to ask if grilled cheese actually cured Sims, but I asked that last time! 2.5 years ago! HA HA! So this time, this cracked me up so much “And here we have a wild Siobhan in her native habitat” Hee!

Hahaha! That would have been hilarious if you had asked all over again! 😂
